Cancellation Policy

At Plump It Upp Medi Spa, we value both your time and the time of our practitioners. To ensure we can provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking your appointment.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least [24/48] hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.

Late Cancellations

Any deposits paid toward treatments are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or reschedule made within the required notice period, deposits may be transferred to a future appointment.
